Pearson VUE is now Pearson Professional Assessments. The rebrand took effect in November 2025. Your exam, your account and your test center experience stay the same, and test centers in the network are still known as Pearson VUE test centers.
Pearson Professional Assessments, a business of Pearson, delivers computer-based certification and licensure exams for IT, academic, government and professional programs. It delivers nearly 21 million exams a year in more than 180 countries and territories, at test centers and online through OnVUE online proctoring.
Pearson VUE test centers are proctored environments. thinQdata follows Pearson’s admission process, which is designed to prevent proxy testing: IDs are checked, and each candidate’s photo and signature are captured electronically. Test rooms are set up to be distraction-free, with space between candidates.
Before your exam
- Create or sign in to your account and schedule through your exam program’s page on the Pearson website.
- Bring the identification your exam program requires. The name on your ID must match your registration.
- Plan to arrive early so check-in doesn’t cut into your exam time.
